- 5-7 years of experience in general corporate practice with an emphasis on private equity, capital markets, securities, and/or mergers and acquisitions
- Capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams), client interaction and work product
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Capacity to hit the ground running with existing client matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in California
- JD from an accredited law school
