- Long-term contract position with potential for conversion to permanent employment
- Position is Hybrid working in-office 4 days per week (Friday is remote-work)
- Pre-budgeted pay rate of $ $42.00 / HR + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k).
- Candidates must be local to the Detroit Metro Area (position is in Plymouth)
- The Project Coordinator is responsible for schedule management of internet cable/fiber construction projects
- Confirm with multiple technicians and external teams are on the appropriate sites
- Updating milestones within various internal applications P2 (client's propitiatory application), and move projects to design phase
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and act as a point of contact for cross-functional groups
- Provide reporting for next level management within Microsoft Office, P2, and other applications
- Manage and analyze Quality Control workflow and validate that field work is performed
- Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis
- Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones are met
- Project Coordination or Management experience is highly preferred for acclimation to the workflow
- Experience within Telecommunications, Broadband, LTE, 5G, or Wireless Networking projects (fiber optics, coax, hybrid-fiber coax, cell towers, etc) is highly preferred
- Experience with Project Management tools or CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar is required
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
