    Financial Analyst 3

    Location:
    Everett, WA/North Charleston, SC /Renton, WA/Hybrid

    Duration: 6 months


    Position Responsibilities:

    Develop the annual budget (Long Range Business Plan), generate forecast updates, and manage/strategize on financial opportunities, risks, and issues.
    Perform variance analysis and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to leadership.
    Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
    Support ad-hoc analysis and business cases.

    Lead the financial analysis for business efforts across organizations - including cross functional and business unit coordination, financial impact development and tracking, and performing analysis using both financial and operational benchmark data.


    Required Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
    3+ years general work experience in Finance or Accounting
    Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Experience with budgeting, forecasting, developing Long Range Business Plans, and managing Opportunities & Risks
    Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
    Experience developing presentations and presenting financial information to various levels of management.


    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with BI/analysis tools such as Tableau and COGNOS
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse functions and business units
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Works well in fast-pace, dynamic environment
    Desire to learn and understand the business and functions
    Experience translating strategy into action


    Education / Experience:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
