An dieser permanenten Herausforderung arbeiten heute weltweit mehr als 8500 Mitarbeiter an ber 90 Standorten.

    Zur Verstrkung unserer Teams in Bremen suchen wir Senior Controller (m/w/d) in den folgenden Bereichen:

    • Commercial Controlling
    • Operations Controlling
    • Investmentcontrolling
    • Beteiligungscontrolling
    Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
    • Untersttzung des globalen Managementteams bei der Formulierung von Strategien und Zielen, inkl. Umsatzwachstum, operative Rentabilitt und Cashflow in den jeweils zustndigen Geschftsbereichen
    • Durchfhrung der Planungs- und Forecastingprozesse
    • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der finanziellen Geschftsstrategie und Treiber der abgeleiteten finanziellen Aufgaben und Initiativen
    • Erstellung von monatlichen Managementprsentationen mit Analysen und Kommentaren zu finanziellen Abweichungen.
    • Untersttzung von Geschftsprojekten, M&A-Projekten und Vorbereitung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
    • Untersttzung bei der Erstellung von Monatsberichten und Jahresabschlssen
    Qualifikationen:
    • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen
    • Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling in einem international ttigen Unternehmen
    • Unternehmerisches Denken mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Zahlen
    • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Organisationskompetenz, Fhigkeit Prioritten zu setzen und parallele Arbeiten voranzutreiben, Belastbarkeit und Begeisterungsfhigkeit
    • Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeit ber alle Organisationsebenen hinweg
    • Hohes Ma an Eigeninitiative und die Fhigkeit, sowohl selbststndig als auch im Team effizient zu arbeiten
    • Gute Kenntnisse von SAP SAC + FI/CO, sehr gute Kenntnisse von Excel und PowerPoint
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
    • Die Fhigkeit, in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten.
