- Visit establishments across all 4 communities: Grafton, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, and Worcester with the Tobacco Prevention Health Specialist and attempt to purchase tobacco products for enforcement and compliance with state and local regulations.
- Provide tobacco prevention through enforcement of current local policies
- Address youth access and the effects of environmental tobacco smoke
- Educate the community around current and emerging tobacco products

TOBACCO COMPLIANCE INTERNDIVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTHCITY OF WORCESTERThe City of Worcester is seeking three (3) Tobacco Compliance Interns to work for the Division of Public Heath within the Tobacco Control Program. Under the direct supervision of the Tobacco Prevention Health Specialist, the position will focus on reducing youth access to tobacco products by conducting compliance inspections. The Interns will visit establishments with the Tobacco Prevention Health Specialist and attempt to purchase tobacco products for enforcement and compliance with state and local regulations.
