    Minimum Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
    • Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
    Assignment Details
    • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
    • Shift: Days
    • Shift Details: M-F, 8 hr days - Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. Start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM.
    • Weekend Requirement: No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then hours can be made up on the weekend.
