    Summary:
    As a partner in elevating experiences through collaborative efforts for youth/adults and their families, this executive level position will manage operations for the entire organization in alignment with Empowering to Elevatea Mission, Vision & Values

    Clinical Therapists/ Social Emotion Learning CoachesEssential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:Assign cases and create schedules for all employeesEstablish and keep track of caseloads for the primary therapistsAssist in the education and training of team membersOversee and review all clinical documentation and ensure that it meets our company standardsDevise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growthCoordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedbackProvide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous developmentPlan, organize and perform assignments pertaining to program development, implementation, and oversight.

    Develop program policies and procedures throughout levels of careMaintain a current, working knowledge of behavioral health state and federal regulationsPerform other assignments and tasks, as required, by the company executivesInitiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organizationFacilitate the weekly team meetings and share observations, comments and important information about clients with the treatment team and provides input into the development of the weekly schedules for all of his/her assigned clients.

    May serve as a preceptor and/or clinical supervisor to graduate students while they are completing an internship at Empowering to Elevate.

    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications related to Empowering to Elevate Mission and population.
    Performs other duties as required.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Masters' Degree in psychology and or social work,State licensed (LSIW-S, LICDC with CS, MSW or Ph.
    D.)Minimum of One (1) supervisory or management experience in a mental health, clinical or hospital setting.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to lead team with use and understanding of a variety of models and theories of addiction, recovery, mental illness and related issues.

    Ability to implement understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and criteria within continuum of careAbility to implement understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues.

    Ability to use computer, proficiency in Word and Electronic Health Record (EHR).Valid Ohio Driveras License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing Empowering to Elevate with vehicle insurance.

    Willingness to travel for various reasons, mainly during the day but occasionally overnight.


    Physical Demands:
    Ability to handle bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, reaching, and walking for periods of time.
    Must be able to lift 20 pounds independently.

    Must be able to remain alert to problems, needs or emergencies that might arise on any shift, maintaining a safe environment for the clients.

    Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels or personnel, internal and external to the company.
