Description
A well-known and established Texas based luxury rugstudio is looking for a highly motivated and experienced SeniorSales Representative to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as a strong understanding of the luxury market, and connections in hospitality.
They will be responsible for developing andmaintaining relationships with clientsand executing client visits nationally.The successful candidate will also be able to work effectively with all team members, customer service, management, and clients to provide a luxurious and sophisticated shopping experience.
This position includes a base + bonus structure and OTE is $200k.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the hospitalitymarket
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Source and generate leads independently, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales
Ensure the client with the design team to create customized rugs, wall coverings, and art
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to travel (20-30% of the time, nationally)
Proven track record of success in sales
Strong understanding of the hospitality market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
This role is best suited for someone who loves working on a creative team that is growth oriented
