    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Patient Care in Clifton, NJ. This role will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, assisting with physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve their overall well-being.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Providing physical therapy treatments and exercises to patients in their homes
    • Assisting patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Observing and recording patient progress and reporting to the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Educating patients and caregivers on proper exercise techniques and home safety modifications

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

    • A current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of New Jersey
    • Current CPR certification
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Compensation
