In order to help us deliver on this mission, we are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the clinical needs of our clients in clinic, home, and community settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assesses, designs, and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programsProvides clinical supervision, training, and support to therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Conducts assessments, develops goals, creates data sheets, and materials for client programsPrepares reports; maintains clinical documentation in accordance with company and industry standardsSupports the growth of ABA Connect services while providing quality, clinical supervision and leadership to subordinatesServes as a liaison between the organization, community, families, therapists, health care providers, etc
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialAnalyzes progress data, modifies treatment plans, and updates client goalsFacilitates parent/caregiver trainingPossesses strong communication and planning skillsPhysically able to work on the floor with children, while providing therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.)
