    KGH is one of the few interdisciplinary autism therapy centers around, and we work together as a team to provide diagnostic services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, developmental, play-based ABA therapy, and mental health services to improve the quality of life for our clients and their familyWe are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team If you are passionate about Human Resources and recruiting, and you enjoy making a difference in the lives of children and their families this could be THE opportunity for you Come and join our dedicated and mission-driven HR team today Responsibilities What will you do:The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting KGHs HR department in the functional areas including, but not limited to: full cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, employee engagement, accommodations, leave of absences, and exit interviewsResponsibilities:May directly and/or indirectly supervise other HR team membersSupport all aspects of transactional HR functions including but not limited to:Onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, HRIS management, credentialing, clinical training certifications, anniversary and promotion shout outs, injury reportingOversee and carry out benefit administration, acting as the primary contact for benefitsSupport employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing staff events and activitiesProvide support and coaching with managers and employees with employee relations matters such as performance, corrective action, and investigationsManage staff accommodations and leave of absencesManage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate offersCollaborate with HR leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives to increase candidate pipeline and employee retentionDevelop and maintain partnerships with potential candidate pipelines, such as colleges and universitiesAttend career fairs and other community outreach events

    Required Skills Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar field required4-5 years of human resources experience required2-3 years of recruiting experience requiredSHRM
