    Talento Search Group has an opening for an experienced CNC Machinist in the Dallas, North Carolina area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay of $25 - $32 per hour depending on experience and capabilities.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Setup and operation of multiple axis CNC machines
    • Use of CAM for machine programming, editing and writing (or write G-Coding from scratch for machine setups)
    • Set up of "Live Tooling"
    • Use of precision measurement tooling for setups and quality checks
    • Maintain proper inventory of hand tools and inspection equipment
    • Record product and processing data
    • Ability to interpret blueprints / schematics


    Experience Needed:

    • Associates Degree in Machine Shop Technology is highly preferred
    • At least 3 years of CNC machining experience with Mills and Lathes in a stable work background
    • Strong experience performing changeovers and live tooling
    • Strong mathematical skills
    • Ability to produce parts with tight tolerances
    • MasterCam, GibbsCam or similar high preferred or ability to write G-Coding from scratch for machine
