The Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing and troubleshooting alcohol monitoring devices while maintaining a safe organized work environment and delivering excellent customer service.- Installation servicing troubleshooting and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices
- Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility which include operating a clean organized and hazard free work environment conducting training sessions covering use of products to customers maintaining a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees consistently performing monthly inventory audits assisting other shops in surrounding area when applicable management of daily hours ensuring 40 hours or less weekly correspondence with management lead technicians when challenges are presented maintain the integrity confidentiality security client information adherence state federal rule regulation statute any other duty assigned
