    1. POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Talent Scout Manager will be responsible for leading a team of talent scouts, growing and nurturing our Talent community, leveraging talent and competitive intelligence to design and implement engagement and nurturing strategies.

    The Talent Scout team will be responsible for growing and nurturing Sound's talent community. As a savvy and skillful people-connector, the Talent Scout Manager has both a recruiting and a marketing mindset. The ideal candidate is a market intelligence researcher, a networking strategist, and an expert on all things related to sourcing, engaging and nurturing top talent. With the goal of identifying & connecting with quality talent, the person in this role is an expert in building relationships converting leads to prospects over time. Top candidates will bring innovative sourcing & engagement strategies and will be able to leverage both new and existing tools creatively. Unlike traditional sourcing roles, this role is focused on pipelining for future opportunities versus roles we are recruiting for today.

    The person in this role must be able to coach and lead a team, move at a very fast pace, be highly organized, and can efficiently prioritize. This person must also be able to regularly report on identified key performance indicators to demonstrate the effectiveness of primary activities.
    1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Team & Functional Leadership (50%)
    • Lead a team of three Talent Scouts in achieving sourcing, engagement and nurturing goals
    • Coach team on engagement and nurturing strategies.
    • Functional admin for our CRM (Beamery) managing workflows and rules of engagement with recruiting and marketing specialists.
    • Partner with Talent Attraction Operations Manager to request system enhancements, ensuring adoption, enablement and optimization as well as reporting functionality and design
    • In partnership with Recruiting leadership, design a residency & program outreach strategy across all service lines
    Talent Community Growth & Pipelining (25%)
    • Grow and nurture Sound's talent community through inbound and outbound sourcing & marketing efforts
    • Develop an engagement and nurturing strategy
    • Partner with Marketing Specialist to develop thoughtful and personalized campaigns to engage and nurture talent
    • Source passive talent from the internet, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, job boards, events and other combinations of recruitment marketing strategies
    • Engage with clinicians to understand their career ambitions, motivators and requirements to consider a new opportunity either now or in the future and passively screen them for Sound's core values of Integrity, Service Teamwork, Quality and Innovation
    • Understand Sounds reputation in the market and build brand sentiment
    • Manage talent profiles within CRM and update based on outcomes from engagements.
    • Support outreach for recruiting events to increase brand awareness and networking opportunities - including marquee events, tabletop career fairs and social gatherings.
    • Promote Bringing Better to the Bedside through all communications.
    • Support social media presence by sharing career opportunities and brand awareness content, acting as a brand ambassador across identified channels.
    • Positively project the values and goals of Sound Physicians with the sophistication and maturity required to build credibility with physicians and Sound Physicians colleagues & clients.
    • Represent Sound at industry and hiring events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
    Talent & Competitor Intelligence (25%)
    • Analyze business, economic, and talent trends to identify opportunities to enhance sourcing & engagement strategies.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor sourcing trends to provide the team with new ideas and strategies for clinician sourcing
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on the clinician national talent market

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
    • 5+ years' experience in a recruiting, sourcing or sales role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or biotech
    • 2+ years of talent intelligence/market research, experience in talent mapping preferred
    • 2+ years' experience in a team lead or manager role
    • Proven experience leveraging talent insights and intelligence to develop an outreach strategy
    • Experience with online sourcing job boards, job posting, and social-media
    • Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM.
    • Demonstrates ability to work in conjunction with marketing and talent acquisition teams in a comprehensive team approach
