- 1-3 years of robust Linux expertise.
- Extensive expertise in the Linux operating system, with a preference for CentOS 7 or Alma Linux.
- Kernels experience
- LDAP authentication
- Experience with storage systems, ideally EMC Unity.
- Familiarity with NFS and iSCSI protocols.
- Ansible automation scripting
- Proficiency in shell programming, including Bash and Python.
- Knowledge of MariaDB administration and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Docker and VMware ESXi.

This role requires a candidate local to the Chicagoland area.
About The Role:
We are looking for a Jr. Linux Administrator whose responsibilities typically include designing, implementing, and monitoring the IT infrastructure particularly the aspects related to Linux-based systems. This role requires the employee to work on-site at our downtown Chicago office from Monday through Friday, with standard working hours from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
What You'll Do:
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management.
