- Perform nursing admission assessment within applicable timelines
- Provide post-safe crisis management assessment within applicable timelines
- Assess client needs and refer to appropriate provider as necessary
- Coordinate basic and emergency treatment for clients with outside medical facilities
- Administer client medication and provide ongoing monitoring
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Necco policy
- Complete mental health nursing documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Serve as a resource to non-nursing employees for any client medical issues
- Attend all required trainings and departmental meetings as directed
- Complete therapeutic behavior support/rehabilitation services as directed by supervisor

- Must be willing to provide nursing services in an indoor and outdoor setting
- Training and Travel willingness
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
