    As a Blanchard Grinder Operator (also known as Surface Grinder Operator, CNC Grinder Technician), you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding equipment, smoothing surfaces of metal objects, and ensuring precision in your work. You'll also use CNC grinders to program and control grinding operations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    Qualifications
