    Implements and supports the administration of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and programs in support of health system goals and network expansion. Provides guidance and mentorship to team members. Leads the coordination of project planning, support documents, presentation of deliverables, and implementation of a more complex nature. Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, mutual goals/objectives, and facilitate strategic alliances.

    Job Responsibility

    1.Implements and supports the administration of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and programs in support of health system goals and network expansion.
    2.Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to assist with identifying partnership opportunities, mutual goals/objectives, and strategic alliances.
    3.Provides guidance and mentoring to team members.
    4.Leads and guides others in the completion of assigned tasks.
    5.Provides recommendations for new initiatives that have moderate to substantial impact on organization operations, financial standing, and market position; makes recommendations to management for opportunities for program expansion and growth initiatives.
    6.Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to evaluating the likely financial impact of proposed new services; assists leadership with establishing infrastructure, identifying resources, setting up and operationalizing initiatives.
    7.Assist in identifying strategic partners. Serves as liaison and fosters communication between organizations as applicable.
    8.Recommends scheduling of work assignments and daily priorities; checks and assigns work to ensure accurate and timely completion of goals and objectives.

    Job Qualification

    •Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    •5-7 years of relevant experience, required.

    Highly Preferred:

    • Experience in Salesforce, its analytics tools and certifications
    • Experience in establishing and leading end to end analytical projects.
    • Experience in data modelling and/or econometrics.
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with SQL and/or Python preferred
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looked Studio
    • Experience breaking down complex requirements into step-by-step solutions

    The salary range for this position is $75,020-$126,250/year
