    Insight Global is looking for an Senior Account Sales Representative for a finishing solutions company based out of Victor, NY.


    • Develop working knowledge of the Production Printer/technologies and Document Finishing-Mailing devices business, product solutions, competitive landscape, and market conditions impacting company sales
    • Develop working knowledge of Packaging equipment/technologies business, product solutions, competitive landscape, and market conditions impacting company sales
    • Develop understanding of product offerings, value proposition, applications, current customer needs and future requirements
    • Gather market intelligence and delivering actionable insights to be shared with management
    • Support senior, key account team's sales initiatives with virtual pre-sale activities, samples generation, solution introduction, creative demonstrations, and online training delivery
    • Create and deliver tactical action plans to improve engagement for products & solutions to assigned channels being supported remotely and in-field
    • Pioneering new accounts to maximize geographical territory sales efficiencies and final performance results
    • Deliver live and online streaming product presentations supporting various steps within the typical sales cycle...Conduct necessary territory/channel/partner sales visits to ensure sales growth achieving designated targets
    • Develop and produce desired sales samples and collaterals (Print as well as digital materials)
    • Accurate and timely responsiveness to customer inquiries, leads and sales opportunities...Documentation of all transactions, marketing efforts, and contractual impacts negotiated by customer
    • Produce and track reports detailing prospect clients contacts, calls, orders, sales pipeline activities, logistical records, client service or internal delivery gaps
    • Achieve assigned sales and client objectives assigned from an individual and sales group perspectives

    Required Skills & Experience


    Required Skills and Experience:
    10 + years of sales or business development experience in the print-finishing, packaging, mail, or capital goods (tools, machinery, buildings, computers, vehicles, construction, or related)

    Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems...Experience with MS Dynamics CRM tools a plus

    Track record of successfully navigating sales cycles with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

    Strong presentation and negotiating skills in both traditional and digital transactional environments

    Self-motivated, capable of developing and executing action plans to meet/support sales dept. objectives

    Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill sets


    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
