Paradise Dynasty is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.

Paradise Dynasty is looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic Food Runner for our Costa Mesa locations. They must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience to guest which distinguishes our restaurants as being the unquestionable first-choice.

Job Description

Obtain and Maintain a working knowledge of all food menus including carryout and catering menus
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.
Keep kitchen station clean and organized.
Utensils & steak knives polished and stocked.
Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates.
Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.
Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.

Qualifications for Busser

Restaurant experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
