- Develop a territory business plan with target accounts to meet sales increases.
- Maintain and develop end user business at existing accounts, providing supervision of associated distributors.
- Expand new end user accounts and supervise distributors.
- Establish and maintain distributor relationships.
- Review and recommend adjustments to distributor stocking and discount programs.
- Motivate distributor sales personnel through product knowledge and promotional programs.
- Maintain technical proficiency regarding company products and communicate effectively with customers.
- Develop OEM accounts within your territory.
- Stay knowledgeable about company sales policies and procedures.
- Conduct workshops or seminars with customers as required.
- 2 Year engineering or technology degree or comparable work experience.
- Machining experience preferred but not required due to our FSE Training Program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
