We are seeking a Director Of Revenue Cycle Management You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.
Responsibilities:
Partner with corporate and facility teams for comprehensive revenue cycle oversight.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, presenting findings to leadership.
Assess and implement technology enhancements for improved revenue management.
Manage insurance claims processing, staying updated on reimbursement policies.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience
BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred
Experience doing billing/revenue cycle in a long-term care living environment
Strong grasp of Medicaid billing
PointClickCare system experience preferred
