As a Receptionist, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth customer flow, maintaining patient records, and delivering top-notch customer service. You will be the friendly face greeting customers, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping the reception area organized.

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure smooth customer flow in the store.
Answer and forward phone calls following company procedures.
Process managed care plans and obtain necessary information from insurance companies.
Offer customers accurate information and assist with appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records, file documents, and manage order status.
Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with supplies.
Participate in communication meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service and organizational skills are a must.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
