Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Customer Support Administrator. This position will be located in Nashville, TN and will be a remote position with occasional work at a Nashville Field Office.
Responsibilities
Provides Tier I phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies/procedures. Provides supplemental hands-on desk-side support when required. Meets contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in regards to speed to answer, first call resolution, abandonment rate, and customer satisfaction. Creates, updates, and tracks service requests/incidents within ticketing system, and assists with maintaining/updating support documentation. Supports Microsoft Windows environments and resolving Tier 1 hardware and software problems with tools such as MS Office and Windows 10.
Qualifications
High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate customer computer user support experience)
Clearance Required: able to maintain Secret Clearance and able to acquire and maintain DEA suitability

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
