    Job Title: Kitchen Staff (Chef, Cooks, Food Service Workers, Servers, Prep Cooks)

    Location: Abilene, TX

    We are seeking motivated and experienced kitchen staff to join our team in Abilene, TX. We have several positions available, including Chef, Cooks, Food Service Workers, Servers, and Prep Cooks. If you are passionate about food and have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    Chef: Creating and executing menus, overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards
    - Cooks: Preparing and cooking menu items, following recipes and portion controls, maintaining a clean and organized work station
    - Food Service Workers (FSW): Assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, stocking supplies and ingredients
    - Servers: Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
    - Prep Cooks: Preparing ingredients, assisting with food preparation, following recipes and portion controls, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen

    Requirements:

    Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
    - Food handling certification is a plus
    - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
