    Job Description The purpose of this job is to manage and grow existing less than 60 fleet customer accounts over the telephone in a fast-paced, high-producing environment.

    Cultivate customer relationships over the telephone by serving as the primary point of contact on accountsFocus on anticipating customer needs, resolve customer issues, address customers wholesale needs, and maximize mutual value toward SMART gallon and profit goalsCoordinate internal resources to continually identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationshipsDevelop value propositions through demonstrated industry knowledge of products and services, fuel and trucking industry, geographic conditions, competitors services, and market dynamicsUse tools and technologies to assess customer needs, formulate market-specific analyses, and develop sales plans to achieve goalsPerform internal account reviews and actual value summaries to increase mutual value and account penetration/wallet share growthMaximize potential profitability by setting account objectives and developing plans to fulfill company compliance and deal processing needsModel behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualifications Bachelors degree and minimum one year experience with telemarketing sales preferred, or five plus years experience with telemarketing salesSpecialized Knowledge Knowledge of fuel and trucking industryThorough knowledge of company products and offeringsBeginner CRM (preferably Salesforce) skillsBeginner Microsoft Office skillsCompetencies Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailFocused on learning through organized training and self-initiated trainingAdvanced customer service skillsIntermediate problem and situation analysis skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficient at setting high, yet realistic personal goalsSkilled at internal networking and teamworkAdditional Information Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) and Flexible Spending AccountsAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementOnsite Gym and CafeteriaWeekly PayAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guideline#J-18808-Ljbffr
