    Description

    Job Overview

    The company, an engineering recruiting firm with extensive experience, seeks a skilled project manager for its land surveying group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with MicroStation and GeoPak software and a strong background in land surveying.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage projects within the land surveying group to ensure timely completion and adherence to client expectations.
    2. Develop and maintain knowledge of MicroStation and GeoPak software to effectively utilize their capabilities.
    3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
    • At least 10 years of technical experience in geomatics specialties, including survey, SUE, GIS, photogrammetry, etc.
    • Advanced Utility Locator Training Course (3 days) completion.
    • Professional Land Survey License (PLS) or equivalent certification from a recognized geomatics specialty or Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
    • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check.
    • Pass a drug test.
    • Ability to work outdoors and on construction sites in various weather conditions.
    • Will to work overtime and extended periods of time.
