- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the restaurant team, including line cooks, cashiers, and servers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and promotes a culture of excellence.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure that all team members are well-versed in Cowboy Chicken's menu offerings, service standards, and safety protocols. Continuously develop and improve staff skills.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet Cowboy Chicken's signature taste and appearance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ordering processes to maintain adequate supplies for daily operations, minimizing waste and costs.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Resolving Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints or conflicts, providing effective solutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other operational aspects as required by management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Flexible Scheduling for both AM or PM and Part Time or Full Time
