    Job DescriptionSummary:
    • HVAC or HVAC/R Tech in local 597, commercial heating & air conditioning experience with the willingness to join this local. An excellent opportunity for an early-mid career tech looking to grow and learn with a stable company 30+ years in the field. Growth opportunity in Deer Park or Palatine IL
    • This is a full-time position with career advancement opportunities
    • Some OT depending on workload
    • Pay rate up to $60/hr (union scale based on experience)

    Requirements:
    • 3 + years of HVAC/R or HVAC Tech commercial HVAC technician
    • Required Universal EPA, B Card (Preferred not required)
    • Understanding of OSHA requirements
    • Will need to be in Local 597 Union OR willing to join Local 597 Union
    • Move and lift up to 50 lbs
    • Good driving record

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide quality Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R service and maintenance to clients
    • Customers Service connecting with commercial clients to take care of their heating & cooling needs
    • PM, and troubleshoot valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, condensers, coils, piping and other functional components of the systems like RTUs
    • Experience with RTUs, Constant Volume, DOAS, VAV, Chillers (some experience is preferred but not required)
