You'll build strong relationships with advisors, teams, and network office leadership, delivering tailored consulting that aligns digital strategies with specific business goals. By championing the adoption of Northwestern Mutual's technology suite, you'll transform advisor practices and foster collaboration at every level of our organization.

    What You'll Do

    • Build Relationships: Connect with financial advisors (FAs), their teams, and network office (NO) leadership to understand their business objectives and support needs.

    • Enhance Productivity: Assist advisors in effectively utilizing Northwestern Mutual's technology tools to elevate client-advisor experiences.

    • Understand Sales Cycles: Gain insights into insurance and investment sales cycles to seamlessly integrate technology into business processes.

    • Consulting Strategies: Demonstrate technology benefits through clear communication, ensuring understanding among your audience.

    • Feedback Loop: Collect insights from advisors and teams to relay to Home Office leadership, ensuring our technology solutions meet user needs.

    • Identify Inefficiencies: Guide advisors in recognizing inefficiencies and suggest simple technology applications to enhance their practices.

    • Participate in Planning: Engage in planning sessions to support goal achievement and learn strategic methods to boost productivity and client satisfaction.

    • Training Delivery: Assist in training sessions on technology best practices, promoting effective tool usage.

    • Prepare for New Deployments: Help users get ready for new technology rollouts by facilitating training and communicating benefits.

    • Continuous Learning: Track engagement activities and attend training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills.

    • Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed to support various offices.

    What You'll Bring to the Role

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • Experience: At least 2 years in a consulting role within financial services or a similar industry.

    • Coaching Skills: Proven experience in coaching and training professionals.

    • Tech Savvy: Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of sales-focused software technology.

    • Relationship Builder: Strong skills in building and maintaining professional relationships.

    • Consultative Approach: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in an outcome-based model.

    • Leadership Skills: Experience leading and facilitating groups effectively.

    Compensation Range:

    Pay Range:

    • Start: $61,530.00
    • End: $114,270.00

    Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

    • Structure 110: $67, $125,710.00
    • Structure 115: $70, $131,430.00
