Commercial Accounting ManagerPBF Energy Inc(NYSE:
PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities.
We are seeking a talented Commercial Accounting Manager to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy.
This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.The Commercial Accounting Manager will oversee the commercial accounting function on a day to day basis and provide a strong resource for cost teams.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, develop and supervise a team of accountants and billing analystsEnsure timely and accurate management information to all business usersManagement of transactional financial controls and processes related to commercial activities including: Inventory valuation and analysisAnalysis of the different businesses/product linesP & L AnalysisCOGS, reporting and general accountingReading and interpreting contractsPrepares and analyzes reportsWork closely with the billing and accounting function on reconciliationsAccurately analyze and report financial informationAssists in other accounting projects and research as directed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in accountingSAP experience preferredMust be proficient in Excel and Word5+ plus years' experience in accounting management in the Oil or Chemical industryPossess effective communication skills both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of accounting theory and principles (GAAP)Strong analytical and accounting and math skills and organizational skillsMeet deadlines and adjust to multiple work demandsRightAngle experience preferredWe thank all respondents for their interest in PBF Holding Company LLC ('PBF Energy'), however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
