    About the opportunity:


    We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to own conversion and growth for the Jerry app.

    Making car ownership effortless and creating a world-class user experience is what drives every decision we make as a company.

    Reporting directly to our cofounder/CEO and partnering with our brilliant marketing team, you will own multiple growth areas to improve customer conversion end to end.

    Responsibilities:
    Own customer messaging and long term app engagement for our core product
    Comb through a massive amount of data, run analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize our operations and backend systems to improve operational efficiency
    Leverage automation to solve our user pain points and reduce friction in our app flow
    Partner with the marketing team (paid and organic) to increase conversion by testing landing pages, funnel conversion, etc
    Conduct customer research to identify areas for improvement and create hypotheses

    Data-driven: You're extremely analytical and live in data. At the same time, you're confident enough to make decisions when the data is limited

    You're a hustler at heart and you thrive under pressure

    Super organized:
    You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list, can manage a team, and never let anything drop


    Ideal profile:
    Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, computer science, econometrics, statistics or related)
    2+ years of consumer-facing product management experience
    Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact
    A plus if you have weathered an early startup environment
