Position Overview:
Looking for a rock star to join their squad as a Remote Manager in
Training. You'll get to work from wherever you feel most productive, soak up wisdom
from pros across different time zones, and get mentored by their awesome leadership
team. Plus, there's serious potential for you to level up into a leadership role within the
company as they keep growing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or be a part of a remote client service crew to deliver top-notch support and keep
clients happy.
• Use all the cool virtual tools out there to manage and support your team, no matter
where they're based.
• Soak up all that knowledge from their leadership squad, learning the ropes and picking
up invaluable skills.
• Help their customer service game level up by bringing in fresh ideas and making things
run smoother than ever.
• Keep it pro at all times, delivering A+ service and building solid relationships with our
clients.
Qualifications:
• Got some experience in management? Awesome But if not, no worries, as long as
you're hungry to learn.
