    Marketing Specialists

    to join the team.

    The individuals in these roles are responsible for channel market operations and execution of A+ patient engagement.

    This role will work with partner practices and execute continuous improvement of patient communications to build strong relationships to meet quality and performance goals through marketing efforts.

    This role will collaborate with various internal departments and maintain direct contact with vendor partners to execute campaign outreach.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    Lead outreach campaigns that further patient engagement and education among our populations in value-based contracts.
    Support the implementation of new initiatives and partnerships among our market teams.

    Execute patient outreach through 3rd party vendors or internal resources in support of print, production, postage, and programming technology, related to patient communication campaigns including direct mail, text, in-clinic materials, email, digital media, and outbound calling.

    Develop project plans, timelines, and manage multiple resources, business, and Request quotes from 3rd parties and ensure the work is done according to those budgets.

    Create training video and documentation to help field teams customize materials in My Practice, coordinate communications, and solicit input through office hours.

    Respond to marketing requests by managing needed business requirements, timeframes, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure a fully executed project plan is put into action, from conception to final product.

    Work collaboratively with the technical, content, and other internal business partners to meet project and business goals.

    Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

    2+ yrs. of Channel Marketing & Project Management Experience
    Experience in marketing operations for direct mail, print, text messaging
    High attention to detail in documenting job requirements, proof review and quality control best practices
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Proven organizational skills, including time management
    Project management experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Experienced in developing content and communications for patient engagement within healthcare
    Bachelor's Degree
    Project Management Certification

    Required Education:
    High School Diploma

    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
