    We seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for assisting customers. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.     Responsibilities

    • Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
    • Diagnose and resolve software-related problems reported by customers, utilizing available resources and escalating complex issues when necessary.
    • Assist customers in navigating our software platforms, providing step-by-step guidance and explanations to ensure a seamless user experience.
    • Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference and analysis.
    • Work closely with our Development, QA, and Product teams to communicate customer feedback, identify software bugs, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.
    • Educate customers on the features and functionalities of our software products, offering tips and best practices to optimize their usage and maximize value.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and support documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance for both customers and colleagues.
