    We are looking to add a team member to our Counter Sales group.

    Our Counter Sales Team is that friendly face, knowledgeable about products, answering our customers' questions, and ready to pull their orders to get them on their way to help their customers.

    We're excited to help each one of our customers with energetic and talented people like youJob Duties are as follows but not limited to:

    Developing and maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customersAssisting customers by taking orders, pulling items, and billing them accordinglyHandling customer warranty claims and credit returnsAssisting customers in loading products/materials into their vehicles when necessaryAccurately entering sales orders into our Sales Order Entry SystemStocking merchandise, facing shelves, organizing products Assisting in inventory countsQualificationsRequirements:Must have computer skills proficiency and have the ability to learn our parts management softwareMust possess good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of customers over the telephone and in personMust lift and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds regularly.

    Must be able to attend to details accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Must be able to work with minimum supervision under stressful conditions.
