    Job Description: Sanitation Operations Specialist

    The Sanitation Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the production facility in accordance with GoMacro's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and effective communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining the production line cleaning system, operating mechanical dishwashers, and handwashing equipment
    • Performing daily chemical titrations to determine adherence to set specifications
    • Documenting results and reporting abnormalities to the Sanitation Supervisor
    • Completing daily ATP and Allergiene swabs to verify cleaning effectiveness

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Knowledge of GMPs and Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
    • Ability to perform basic math skills
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Aptitude to follow written and verbal instructions

    Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Travel is not required for this position.
