Description:
Job Title: Computer Support Specialist Candidate is required to company car and may be required to drive their to locations to trouble shoot issues in the field if needed. Primarily working on imaging and deploying new PCs and Macs, so OS and software installations, system and hardware troubleshooting, etc. Assist with on-going requests for Desktop to Laptop conversions and incoming PC requests and phone support
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software.
