Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Analyst to join our partner-facing marketing team.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in nurturing our partner ecosystem through effective communication channels, with a strong emphasis on email marketing using Pardot.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for building relationships and maintaining partner engagement through clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and send effective email campaigns through Pardot, targeting various segments within our partner ecosystem.
Make the most of Pardot's capabilities for email automation and nurturing to optimize the partner journey and experience.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance
Analyze email campaign results, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, to continuously refine and improve communication efforts.
Ensure strict adherence to email marketing best practices, industry regulations, and CAN-SPAM laws
Promote events, webinars, and other initiatives designed to engage and inform our partner network.
Participate in internal and external meetings: briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with members of the Partner Marketing team to align communications messaging.
Standup repeatable processes and tools to support broader partner comms.
Stay current with email marketing trends and proactively share with the team.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in email marketing
Proficiency in email marketing platform (Pardot) and experience using Salesforce
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
Strong technology skills with a desire to learn new technologies to improve current processes. In-depth experience and proficiency with Google products, Google Drive, Quip, Slack and Salesforce.
Fun, upbeat, positive attitude with a strong appetite for feedback, and ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72,600 to $99,900.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,900 to $109,900.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
