Job summary
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Med Technician.You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
- Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping laundry social interactions meals Monitoring the resident's physical and emotional comfort responding as needed Documenting completed tasks such as Daily shift report resident records negotiated service agreement Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff urgent needs for the next shift concerns to Health Care Director
