    Description

    The Multimedia & Design Specialist will work with internal departments to support all Alpine Physician Partners enterprise-wide needs. This work includes internal and external presentations, webinars, videos, graphic design, and other communications using interactive multimedia. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to work with various leaders and take business concepts and ideas and translate them into captivating and dynamic visual presentations and videos that accurately communicate ideas and share an impactful story. The secondary function of this position will be to complete graphic design needs. Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign and Adobe Premier is expected.

    Essential Functions:

    • Proficient in developing multimedia content, including presentations, webinars, and videos.
    • Experience with graphic design and animation services.
    • Adheres to brand guidelines across all enterprise brands, including logos, photography and graphics style, and templates.
    • Organizes and maintains library of presentations and regularly used slides, including working with subject matter experts on content updates.
    • Creates interactive and compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored to audiences.
    • Creates graphics, icons and infographics that tell compelling stories across all audiences.
    • Identifies design and media efficiency solutions, including template development and AI design.
    • Conducts digital asset library maintenance, including adding, removing and updating documents for publication on website and portals.
    • Oversees print material inventory, coordinating with administrative staff for order fulfillment.
    • Adheres to the company's Compliance Program and to federal and state laws and regulations
    • Other duties as assigned

    This position is a full-time Hybrid role. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

    Travel: Up to 10 %

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Demonstrated graphic design skills and proficiency creating infographics that communicate complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
    • Healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology and related accessibility guidelines a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) necessary to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
    • Able to juggle multiple projects that greatly differ in subject matter while exceling in time management and organization.
    • Comfort using project management tools for managing performance and tasks.
    • Remain flexible in work schedule in order to provide the most effective and efficient support for the organization.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Position may require working outside of normal business hours at times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English or other related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
    • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a design, marketing, communications or copywriting role.
    • Highly knowledgeable and experienced with InDesign, PowerPoint, Adobe Premier.
    • Home office that is HIPAA compliant for all remote or telecommuting positions as outlined by the company policies and procedures.

    $28.13-$35.16 hourly pay range
