    Rosewood is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Brand Director who is excited about the ever-evolving world of social media. The ideal candidate is passionate and looking to move their career forward within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing creative agency.

    What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
    • Own the relationship, from senior client(s) to the team leads, ensuring they remain connected to our process, progress and deliverables.
    • Be the agency expert on our client's brand and key advocate for them internally
    • Interpret client needs and translate into actionable internal direction, maintaining a focus on the short-term deliverables while understanding the client's long-term goals
    • Act as a key thought partner to Strategy and Creative, ensuring that we are meeting or exceeding client brief(s)
    • Manage a brand team; develop 1:1 relationships and career maps, and identify ways to promote a healthy work/life balance and positive well-being
    • Take responsibility for overall brand health and client happiness
    • Demonstrate ability to be a great cross-functional leader and implement better and more efficient lines of communication
    • Demonstrate ability to be forward thinking with client(s) to uncover future opportunities to work together
    • Take calculated risks, challenge the status quo and remain curious
    • Lead new business pitches that communicate strategies clearly and persuasively, while also setting up Strategy and Creative for success
    • Manage and oversee multiple projects running at once
    • Proactively solve potential challenges for all production projects and general brand management.
    • Own budgets and proposals and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
    • Always have your finger on the pulse of entertainment culture and keep the team abreast of new trends regularly.
    Requirements
    • 8-12+ years of social media or brand marketing experience in advertising, social/digital, or entertainment industries.
    • A client-focused strategic thinker who anticipates questions and provides solutions with the ability to quickly adapt to client needs, changing budgets, and deadlines
    • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
    • Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding and passion for digital, social, culture and advertising to create a POV for the future
    • Proven ability to work at all levels and able to pay close attention to the details
    • Proven ability to build, nurture and inspire a team effectively
    • Strong ability to utilize Google Slides and Keynote to build captivating presentations.
    • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic teammates.

    Salary: $138,500 - $163,500 annually
