    Director of Operations, Full Time

    Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

    Established in 1904, Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association is a non-profit home care community health organization serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey.

    We are one of the very few home care agencies qualified to provide a continuum of care for patients of all ages, no matter how serious the problem, no matter what stage of the illness.     We are currently seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensuring that the office is operating efficiently and solving any issues that may arise. The Director of Operations will also be responsible for creating an environment where employees are highly engaged, productive, and focused on providing the highest level of care for our patients along with expanding our programs and strengthening our reputation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitors and oversees all departments within the agency.
    • Accountable for financial performance and retention of programs.
    • Maintains compliance with all state and regulatory bodies along with Moorestown VNA policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Initiates better business practices.
    • Executes strategies to optimize company and asset growth.
    • Collaborates with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
    • Review an analyze reports and implement processes for improvements.
    • Perform various duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Highly organized and results oriented.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to change.
    • At least 5 years of operations experience in Homecare or Nursing Facilities.
