- Provide direct instruction using evidence-based practices and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that students with disabilities have access to the general curriculum and classroom activities.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust instructional strategies and interventions as needed.
- Support students in developing social skills, self-advocacy skills, and independence to promote success in school and beyond.
