    Job Listing: Service Technician at Peak Management LLC

    Peak Management LLC, a leading property management company based in Timonium, Maryland, is looking to expand its team by hiring service technicians for their apartment communities in Baltimore County and surrounding areas. If you have experience in multi-family service, knowledge of using various tools, and heat pump expertise, we want to hear from you! This full-time position offers the opportunity for growth and development.

    Requirements:

    • 1-year prior multi-family service experience preferred
    • Knowledge of proper use of various tools including power tools and other equipment
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and work continuously for long periods
    • Heat pump knowledge is a must

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for daily maintenance of the community
    • Provide excellent customer service to all residents
    • Handle resident service tickets promptly and efficiently
    • Perform scheduled maintenance turnover work on vacant apartments
    • Maintain storage facilities, equipment, and maintenance shop
    • Keep the property clean and well-maintained
    • Provide on-call maintenance as scheduled
    • Other duties as assigned

    Experience:

    Required License/Certification:

    • Maryland Driver's License
