- We are looking for a seasoned ASIC/FPGA Firmware Manager to lead our Storage and Networking ASIC/FPGA projects.
- Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of firmware for Storage and Networking ASIC/FPGA projects.
- ASIC/FPGA validation/deliverablesASIC/HW releasePartners/Customers release schedulesWork with Partners to align features for overall customer solutionsDrive Cross-functional teams/programs to deliver solutions (ASIC/FW/Validation/System Test/Manual Writers/Partners)Manage global teams across different time zones, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Foster collaborative relationships with ASIC Designers, ASIC Verification Engineers, System Test and Hardware Teams to ensure cohesive project development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ASIC/FPGA firmware technologies, integrating new ideas into project strategies.
- Established track record of effective collaboration with ASIC Designers, ASIC Verification Engineers, System test engineers and Hardware engineers.
