    Job Title:

    Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Our Healthcare Facility



    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to be part of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver top-notch patient care and assistance in a medical environment.



    Responsibilities:

    • Perform nursing procedures under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician.
    • Document patient medical backgrounds and symptoms.
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
    • Monitor patient well-being and vital signs.
    • Assist in patient examinations and medical procedures.
    • Educate patients on health preservation and disease prevention.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent care provision.
    • Comply with medical documentation criteria.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
    • Active LPN license in the state of practice.
    • Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of physiology.
    • Background in senior care or a teaching hospital would be advantageous.
    • Capability to conduct venipuncture and provide medications.
    • Familiarity with health coaching principles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Aptitude to endure lengthy periods standing and ventilating patients as required.

    $55.00 per hour
