Job summary
The position requires the candidate to work as a Personal Teller Agent, virtually processing member transactions, developing knowledge of hardware and software applications, adhering to security requirements, and providing exceptional member service.Responsibilities
- In real time, virtually processes member transactions including deposits payments transfers withdrawals from remote location by means of PTM system Ensures proper identification endorsements for all transactions.
- Develops thorough understanding hardware software/applications comprising Personal Teller Center functions services including core transactional system teller Enterprise PTMs balancing accounting processes imaging CRM applications etc.
- Adheres security audit compliance personnel requirements.
