    We are currently seeking a SAP ABAP Developer - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

    Day-to-Day Job Duties:

    • Analyzing the work requests and coordinating with business analysts to diagnose & estimate maintenance requests, prepare the work orders, and collaborate and coordinate between technical and non-technical people within the project team.
    • Developing applications of different sizes and complexity, adhering to client SAP coding standards, and specifications, and participating in lifecycle stages of the project like application design, document reviews, coding, code reviews, testing, UAT support etc.
    • Providing weekly status reports of accomplishments, current priorities and maintain the status of each request in the request-tracking spreadsheet, monitor / assess quality of all deliverables and achieve performance targets specified by Service Level.
    • Development of Reports, Custom SAP GUI transactions, Forms, Interfaces, Webservices, Workflows, IDOCS, Webdynpro Application using SAP ABAP in functional areas like SD, LE, MM, IM/WM, PM, PP, FI and HR.
    • Responsible to look for OSS notes provided by SAP in the new Enhancement pack releases.
    • Carry out the unit-testing phase for each module in a procedural manner and document the outcome of each test case. Fix the bugs identified on completion of the unit-testing phase. Enable User Analysis Testing (UAT) and implement the modifications as suggested by the business analyst.
    • Planning the go-live steps carefully targeting for a smoother release, doing postproduction support to ensure smooth running of system.
    • Following NTT DATA quality process for quality deliverables to customers, where in each modification or enhancements is planned for a series of reviews prior to the deliveries made to the customers.
    • Creating documents based on the templates defined in NTT DATA Business Management System following the coding and formatting standards to keep a proper documentation of the enhancements and developments in the client environment.
    • Provide support in the following technological areas in SAP:
      • SAP ABAP RICEF.
      • SAP Enhancements Frameworks.
      • SAP Net Weaver applications.
      • SAP IDOC's
      • SAP Webdynpro
      • SAP Workflow
      • SAP Webservices
      • SAP FIORI
      • SAP ABAP on HANA

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development experience.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing applications based on CDS, AMDP, RAP and ODATA.
    • Bachelor's in computer science or related field

    Preferred location is Central Time zone

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $86,040 – 179,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
