    JOB SUMMARY #

    Under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor/Director performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.

    Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.

    # Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures as required.

    # Participates in coverage for the 24 hour/7 day Radiology operation, including holidays, nights, weekends and call.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS #

    Education:
    Completion of a certificate or degree course of study in radiologic technology Current ARRT certification

    Experience:
    Theoretical instruction combined with clinical experience Satisfactory references from previous employer or school of x-ray.
